REFLEXOLOGY incorporating COLOUR THERAPY - When using colour with reflexology, a normal reflexology treatment is carried out first.

This involves specific thumb and finger techniques, applying pressure point touch to the feet which mirror the structures, organs and systems of the body. It is a natural, non -invasive, holistic therapy which relaxes and recharges the system. Sound may be applied during the treatment using the Reflexsonic box. This produces the vibration & frequency in sound.

After completing the treatment, colour is administered via the reflexology quartz crystal torch.

Colour can affect us on a mental, emotional or physical level, hence sayings like 'feeling blue', 'in the pink', etc. Combining the two therapies is very powerful for removing energy blocks. and restoring harmony and balance, treating the whole being not just the complaint, and for each person the application of the therapies is unique.
