Time spent in the tranquility of our Healing Room enables one to recharge one's own capacity for self-healing.

What is Healing?

The body is always ready to mend itself and responds very positively to a situation of calm and peace. All the healer does is to allow this natural process to occur.

The Healing offered is non-denominational, only requiring a willingness to receive an input of energy, unconditional love and pure intention from the healer. Healing creates a profound sense of peace and well-being, and is non invasive. It can be given for any illness, stress or injury and is not an alternative to orthodox medicine, but complement to it.

Healing is the channeling of healing energies through the healer to the patient. It relaxes the patient to enable their own natural energies to deal with illness or injury in the best possible way. You, the patient may feel the energy from the healer as a warm glow. You may sometimes feel coolness, a slight vibration, a pins and needles sensation, or there may be no sensation at all.

The purpose of healing goes beyond physical improvement. Its aim is to bring into harmony mind body and spirit, so that you may lead a healthy and happy life.

Animal Healing

Bring your animals for healing. An Animal Healer is here at the Centre on Tuesdays 2 – 4pm and all day on Fridays. Most animals relax into healing very well. With the body relaxed, healing naturally occurs. Often the spirit has become crushed or discouraged by life or illness, and the help given to the spirit through healing provides the momentum to stimulate the healing process.

Our Healers are all Volunteers and are people committed to this work and have a love and respect for animals and all life. They have undergone training on structured courses and demonstrated their abilities to their colleagues. They also belong to one of the national organisations and abide by their code of conduct.

Our Healing Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 4.30pm. No appointment necessary but please call the Centre before you travel, to make sure a Healer is available.
