This morning is a chance to experience a few more of the active meditations devised by the Indian mystic Osho. Like the Kundalini meditation done at the end of January, these are structured meditations, each one hour long. They were specially devised for people living in the modern world. It is advised that you come wearing loose clothing as there will be some physical movement.
Today we will do two of the gentler active meditations; the Nadabrahma Meditation and Devavani Meditation
Michael has been practicing Osho’s active meditations for over 30 years. He practices Colour Ray healing, Reiki, Shamanic healing and teaches Shamanic Journeying. He has also studied Tai Chi Chuan and is currently studying Ki Aikido.
