Astaria Woods has been running groups and working as an intuitive healer for both adults and children for 20 years. ‘As a child I was always aware of people’s emotions and that could be quite challenging, but I have learnt that using sound and connecting deeply with nature and mother earth I can keep my centre, and not be so effected.’
