Healing Our Hormones, Healing Our Lives

Understanding the Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Aspects of Hormones

In this workshop we will explore all the issues that make hormones so confusing for women in the hope that a greater understanding provides the healing possibilities. We will be looking at:

· the physical symptoms, where they are coming from and what they mean

· why emotions can have so much power over hormones

· how our spirituality is heightened by our hormones

women's changing nature through the menstrual cycle and menopause

We will begin to see more clearly some of the true causes of Premenstrual Syndrome, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, Endometriosis, Fibroids and the problems and myths surrounding Menopause. Through this day women will gain a knowledge that will give them more control over their hormones and their lives while making them more comfortable and positive about hormones.
