Victor Walker, who has been meditating daily for over 32 years, is an experienced Teacher, Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Psychic Counsellor and Healer. This '/2 day workshop will outline the benefits of meditation, and allow you to explore and experience different techniques; so that you can choose which method suits you best
